កំពុងតែស្រាវជ្រាវក្នុងហ្កលហ្កូលអំពីផែនទីចុះផែនទីឡើង ស្រាប់តែប្រទះវេបត៍មួយ ដែលជាប្លក់របស់ជនជាតិវៀតណាម។ ក្ដីស្រមើស្រម៉ៃរបស់ម្នាក់នេះសម្បើមដល់កណាស់ រយៈពេល៤០ឆ្នាំខាងមុខនេះ គេមើលឃើញអស្ចារ្យ។ គេក៏បានដាក់ដែរថា “ I just invented all those ridiculous stuff in a melancholic night. Of course I believe that you don’t take it seriously… 
” នៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីសន្និដ្ឋានរបស់គេ។
តែម្យ៉ាងបស់គាត់ដែរ គំនិតរវើរវាយបែបឡប់សតិនេះ មិនគួរមើលស្រាលទេ!

គំនិតគ្មានការពិចារណា មហ្ឆិតាដ៏កខ្វក់!
កូនខ្មែរគ្រប់គ្នា (អ្នកដឹកនាំខ្មែរផងដែរ) ត្រូវតែចាប់អារម្មណ៍ បញ្ហាលើកឡើងខាងលើ នៅឆ្នាំ ២០៥០ គឺ នៅ ៤០ឆ្នាំ ខាងមុខ មានអ្វីកើតឡើង៖
- ពេលនោះ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នា ខ្លះអាយុ ៧០ឆ្នាំ ប៉ុន្តែភាគច្រើនស្លាប់ នៅអាយុ ៥០-៦០ ឆ្នាំ ដោយសារ ម្ហូប ភេសជ្ជៈ ដាក់ជាតិគីមី គ្មានការត្រួតពិនិត្យ នាំចូលប្រទេសខ្មែរ ពី ប្រទេសយួន ប្រទេសសៀម
- អ្នកដឹកនាំខ្មែរ ជំនាន់បច្ចុប្បន្ន ស្លាប់អស់ នៅតែពួកជំនាន់ក្រោយ ដែលភាគច្រើន ជាយួន នៅប្រទេសខ្មែរបច្ចុប្បន្ន ជាពិសេស ពួកយួនដែលមក ធ្វើចំការកៅស៊ូ ដែលហ៊ុន សែនបានកុងត្រា ៩៩ឆ្នាំ (ដូចជា ប្រគល់ដីអោយយួន ដោយស្របច្បាប់)។ ពួកយួននេះ នឹង បង្វែរប្រទេសខ្មែរ អោយទៅជាយួន
- ផ្អែកលើផែនទី និង សំណេរ របស់ម្ចាស់ប្លកយួន ខាងលើ អាចនឹងមាន សង្គ្រាមរវាងចិននឹងយួន អំពីថាមពល ទើបមាន ការបែងចែក ការគ្រប់គ្រង បែបនោះ
តើកូនខ្មែរ ត្រូវធ្វើដូចម្តេច?
- អ្នកដឹកនាំខ្មែរទាំងអស់ បច្ចុប្បន្ន ជាពិសេសហ៊ុន សែន ត្រូវតែយល់ ពីបញ្ហាអាចកើតមានទាំងនោះ និង ត្រូវមានយុទ្ធវិធី ការពារជាតិខ្មែរ ប្រទេសខ្មែរ។ ត្រូវទាញបទពិសោធ អំពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មែរ កន្លងមក ក្នុងការដឹកនាំប្រទេស។
- កូនខ្មែរបច្ចុប្បន្ន ត្រូវតែខិតខំ ប្រើប្រាស់អក្សរជាតិ (ខ្មែរយូនីកូដ) នៅគ្រប់ អត្ថបទអប់រំ ដើម្បីអោយកូនខ្មែរ នៅជនបទងាយយល់បាន គ្រប់សភាពការ ជាភាសាខ្មែរ។
- អ្នកដឹកនាំខ្មែរគ្រប់ជំនាន់ ត្រូវតែជំរុញ គុណភាព វិស័យអប់រំសិក្សារធិការ ទៅដល់ជនបទ, ជំរុញការប្រើប្រាស់ ពត៌មានវិទ្យា នៅគ្រប់ជនបទ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា
- អ្នកដឹកនាំខ្មែរគ្រប់ជំនាន់ ត្រូវតែបែងចែក សញ្ញាណជាតិខ្មែរ ច្បាស់លាស់ បានន័យថា ជាតិខ្មែរ (មិនមែន ជាតិកម្ពុជា នោះទេ)
- កូនខ្មែរត្រូវពិនិត្យឡើងវិញ អំពីការប្រើប្រាស់ពាក្យខ្មែរ ដូចជា ពាក្យ “ ប្រទេសខ្មែរ” មិនមែន “ ស្រុកខ្មែរ” ទេ!! មានអត្ថបទខ្លះ ប្រើប្រាស់ពាក្យ ស្រុកខ្មែរ, តើ ស្រុកខ្មែរ មានន័យថា ជាផ្នែកមួយ របស់ ប្រទេសយួន ឬ ប្រទេសសៀម ឬ?
(អាចនិយាយថា ប្រទេសខ្មែរបច្ចុប្បន្ន រួមមាន ដែនដីខ្មែរសុរិន្ទ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែនដីខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម )
អាចនិយាយថា ប្រទេសខ្មែរបច្ចុប្បន្ន រួមមាន “ ដែនដីខ្មែរសុរិន្ទ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែនដីខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម” ។ ប្រទេសខ្មែរ សំដៅដែនដី ដែលមានខ្មែរនៅច្រើន ដែលជនជាតិខ្មែរនៅទីនោះ នៅរក្សាប្រពៃណីទំនៀមទំលាប់ខ្មែរ ជាសក្ខីភាព ថា នោះជាទឹកដីខ្មែរ។
ហេហេ… ប្រទេសខ្មែរបច្ចុប្បន្ន រួមមាន “ ដែនដីខ្មែរសុរិន្ទ និងកម្ពុជាក្រោមផង” ? ហាហា… ដូចអត់ដែរឮ!!! ចង់បង្កើតផែនទីថ្មី ដូចតែយួនម្នាក់ហ្នឹងដែរហ្នឹងលោកជាឯងនោះ!
The author of the Vietnamese blog is perhaps too ambitious. The Vietnamese discern themselves as a gigantic dragon in the Indochina region competing for leadership role against the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and fail to consider about the role of the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) which Vietnam is a member per se. To the eyes of our Chinese friends, the Vietnamese is only a small lizard (not even a small dragon). The author of the blog seems to forget a lesson which our Chinese friends gave the Vietnamese in February 1979 when almost half of Vietnamse territory in the northern part was militarily seized and controlled by our great Chinese friends.
Equally important, the author of the Vietnamese blog fails to take into consideration the military and financial supports of the Soviet Union to enable the invasion of Cambodia on December 25, 1978. It was not without financial and military supports from the Soviet Union that enable Vietnam to invade Cambodia. Since 1989 when there was a collapse of the iron curtain in Europe, the Soviet Union could not any more support this small lizard to pursue its dumb ass occupation over the Cambodian sovereingty and territorial integrity.
In the next 40 years, Vietnam can swallow up the territory of Cambodia and Lao only:
1. If Vietnam can step over the corpses of the Chinese, American, ASEAN, and Cambodians and Laotians per se. (The US used to secretly approve China to give Vietnam a lesson in February 1979)
2. If Vietnam can eradicate the international customary law or dissolve the United Nations
3. If Vietnam can provoke the dead corpses of the Soviet Union to financially and militarily support them for the invasion as the Soviet Union did in 1978.
4. If Vietnam can eliminate the tradition and culture of the Khmer and Laotian in order to assimilate or integrate the Cambodians and Laotians into the Vietnamese culture and tradition (Vietnam failed to assimilate the Khmer into its culture when it occupied Cambodia for ten years (1979-1989).
These are the prerequisites for Vietnam to achieve its ambition for territorial expansion and competition for Indochina leadership role. If Vietnam can’t fulfill the aforementioned pre-conditions, Vietnam will experience a big loss as it used to get many losses as well over the issue of Spratly Island (an island in South China Sea) where 70 Vitnamese naval personnel were killed by our Chinese friends in 1988.

បើនិយាយអោយស្មោះត្រង់គ្មានខ្មែរមួយណាដែលមិនស្រលាញ់ជាតិខ្លួនឯងដូចជួររដ្ឋាផិបាលខ្មែរយើងទេ។ មិនដឹងជាថៃ្ងណាទើបឈប់អោយអាយួនអ្នកទោសចិនបញ្ជាក្បាលទៀត។ បើរស់នៅអោយគេជេម្រាយអាក្វាក់អាក្វិន ឬ មានអ្នកខ្លះចង់ខ្វេះម្ខាងទៀតចេញ បែបនេះ ពេលស្លាប់ទៅកំស្រម័យថាបានដេកក្នុងក្តាមម្ឈូសស្រួលនោះ សូមបីតែសាកសពក៏មិនដឹងថាយ៉ាមិចដែរ។ រកតែសត្វឆ្កែរធ្វើបុណ្យអោយក៏ឆ្កែវាមិនធ្វើផង។
ខ្ញុំស្រលាញ់ណាស់ជាតិខ្មែរស្រលាញ់ដល់ថ្នាក់ លែងហ៊ានចង់ដឺងរឿងអីទាំងអស់ ឈឺចាប់ព្រោះអ្នកដឹកនាំ ជាសត្វដែលមិនកាពារអ្វីដែលជារបស់ខ្លួន។ ខ្ញុំមិនខ្វល់ថាអ្នកណាកាន់អំណាចទេក្រោយពេលបោះឆ្នោត។ តែសូមដូរចេញទៅ ទោះបីជាអ្នកក្រោយពុករលួយ យ៉ាងហោចណាស់ក៏មិនមែជាឆ្កែយួនដែរ។ ខ្ញុំនៅបន្តរកាសិក្សានៅក្រៅស្រុក មិនអាចចូលរមរើសរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្មីបានទេ។ តែនឹងវិលទៅស្រុកវិញក្រោយពេលបញ្ចប់កាសិក្សាមូយថ្ងៃ។
