បើកអ៊ីមែលអម្បាញ់នេះប្រកបដោយក្ដីរំភើប ហៅមេឲ្យមកជួយអានភ្លាម (ព្រោះអរពេក អត់សូវចង់ជឿភ្នែកខ្លួនឯង ហេហេ…)។ ព្រឹកមិញនេះទៅក្រសួងការបរទេស ត្រូវមេឲ្យធ្វើការ ហើយខ្ញុំបានសុំថាតើអាចព្យួរបានទេ។ មើលទៅពិបាកណាស់ ខ្ញុំចាំបាច់ត្រូវតែរើសយកមួយហើយ ថាតើទ្រាំធ្វើការនៅក្រសួង ឬបោះបង់ចោល បន្តធ្វើការនៅកន្លែងសព្វថ្ងៃនេះ។ ទីបំផុតខ្ញុំបានចរចាសុំទុកពេលមួយខែដើម្បីពិចារណា។ គាត់ក៏បានយល់ព្រម ក្នុងរយៈពេលមួយខែនេះរហូតដល់ចុងខែសីហាខ្ញុំចាំបាច់ត្រូវរើសយកមួយហើយ។
មុននេះបើកអ៊ីមែលឃើញសំបុត្រដែលធ្វើឲ្យខ្ញុំរីករាយ (ម៉ាព្រឹកនេះស្មុគខួរពីរឿងរើសមួយណាចង់ស្លាប់) ដូចទេវតាប្រោស! ព្រោះខ្ញុំបានតាំងចិត្តរួចហើយមុនពេលចេញលទ្ធផលនេះទៅទៀត ថាប្រសិនបើជាប់អាហារូបករណ៍នៅសាលាចុឡាមែន ខ្ញុំចាំបាច់ត្រុវតែទៅសិក្សា។ មិត្រៗ ខ្ញុំសូមជូនដំណឹងរីករាយមួយចុះ គឺខ្ញុំជាប់ទទួលបានការជ្រើសរើសឲ្យចូលរៀននៅចុឡាមហាវិទ្យាល័យហើយ បន្ទាប់ពីឆ្នាំមុនខ្ញុំមិនទទួលបានការជ្រើសរើស (ជាប់បម្រុង)។ អ៊ីមែលពីសាលា៕
Dear Mr. Seang Sopheak,
We would like to inform that you have been selected as a recipient for the “Weaving the Mekong into Southeast Asia” (WMSEA) Fellowship 2008. The program, with support of the Rockefeller Foundation, aims to offer financial support for Cambodian, Lao, Vietnamese and Thai nationalities to study International program of Master Degree in Southeast Asian Studies at
Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. (Announcement will be officially posted on website: http://www.weavingmekong.org)The fellowship will cover all the expenses incurred during your study, which includes your round-trip airfare, tuition and service fees for Intensive English Program and Graduate Program, monthly living allowance, study materials and health insurance.
Details of the Program are also attached for your information. The program begins with an intensive English course, which is a requirement for all fellowship recipients. This intensive English course will start in October 2008 for the whole month. Accordingly, all fellows are scheduled to be in Bangkok on Monday 29 or Tuesday 30 September 2008.
The period of study is from October 2008 to June 2010. (Three semesters or equally one and a half year)You should bring with you all necessary original documents, which are academic transcript and the Bachelor degree certificate, in case you have submitted the copy to us in application.
Please also confirm your acknowledgement, via email at wmsea@chula.ac.th and you will be contacted for further procedures for your arrival in Thailand.
