MYANMAR    1 – 10 APRIL 2009
Yangon – Bago – Bagan – Mt.popa – Mandalay – Kyauk Se – Amarapura – Mingun – Sa gaing – Yangon

DAY 1​ BANGKOK – YANGON (1 APR 09)

• 09.30    Group arrival at Suwannabhumi Airport  Floor 4 Gate 3 Row F by Bangkok Airways
• 12.30 – 13.20 Bkk – Yangon by PG701
• Visit Kyauk daw gyi Buddha image, white elephant. Hswe Daw ( Buddha tooth )
• Have Dinner
• Overnight at Chatrium hotel

DAY 2 YANGON-BAGO (2 APR 09)

• Have Breakfast
• After Breakfast go to Bago, sight seeing in Bago, visit Shwemawdaw pagoda and Bayintnaung palace.
• Have lunch.
• After  that visit Shwetharlyaung pagoda (reclining Buddha image), shopping for Myanmar handicraft, and visit​Kyaikpon (four sitting Buddah image)
• Have dinner
• Overnight at Chatrium hotel.

DAY 3 YANGON-BAGAN (3 APR 09)

• Have Breakfast.
• After Breakfast go to Airport.
• 06.30-07.45 Yangon – Bagan by W9 009
• Arrive Bagan, visit Shwezigon pagoda, Nyaung oo market, Ananda temple (the finest sculpture of Bagan), Thatbeyut (the highest temple in Bagan), Damayangyi temple (the massive temple in Bagan)
• Have lunch.
• After lunch. Check in hotel. After that visit Lacqaure ware factory, Manuhar temple (the biggest Buddha in Narrow temple) Nanpaya, Kubayuk gyi temple & from shwe san daw pagoda, look for the whole Bagan  & sun set.
• Have Dinner.
• Overnight at Myanmar Treasure resort hotel

DAY 4 BAGAN-MT.POPA (4 APR 09)

• Have breakfast.
• After  breakfast go to Popa, drive from Bagan about one & half hour, visit to Mt. Popa, an extinct volcano, generally known as the abode of legendary Nats or spirit gods for which the annual festival is held during the Myanmar month Nayon (May/June).
• Onasteries, pagodas and shrines in different style are there on the top of the mountain.
• Back to Bagan,​ Have lunch.
• After lunch visit Kyansittha Umin, a tunnel with an interesting feature of painting, Wet Kyi – in Gubyaukkyi Temple with fine mural paintings of Jataka scenes, Htilominlo Temple, noted for its plaster carvings, and Shwegugyi Temple, transitional in style between the early and the late Bagan period.
• Have Dinner.
• Overnight at Myanmar Treasure resort hotel.

DAY 5 BAGAN-MANDALAY-KYAUK SE (5 APR 09)

• Have Breakfast.
• After breakfast go to the airport
• 07.35-08.05 Bagan – Mandalay – by W9 009   –Kyauk Se
• Overnight at Mandalay Hill resort hotel.

DAY 6 MANDALAY – SA – GAING – IN WA (6 APR 09)

• Have Breakfast.           
• After breakfast at the hotel depart for full day trip to the former capitals of , Ava and Sagaing cross the bridge over the Irrawaddy River and continue to Sagaing. Covered with 600 white-painted pagodas and monasteries, Sagaing Hill is widely regarded as the religious centre of Myanmar and is home to 3,000 monks and 100 meditation centres.
• Have Lunch at Sagaing hill.
• After lunch go to in wa. S/s at Inwa, Bagayar Monestry built by Teak wood.
• Have Dinner.
• Overnight at Mandalay Hill resort hotel.

DAY 7 MANDALAY – AMAPURA – MINGUN (7 APR 09)

• Have breakfast.
• After breakfast  visit Mahar Muni Buddha image , and go to  Amarapura visit Mahargandayon monestry have over 1000 monks  for offering the food and other, U Bein bridge built by teak wood, Silk weaving factory.
• Have lunch at Amarapuar restruant.
• After lunch go  to Mingun  by  boat  about 1 hour, visit Pathodawgyi  pagoda  unfinished pagoda,  Myatheintan  pagoda, Mingun  Bell  biggest ringing bell in  the world, back to Mandalay.
• Have Dinner.
• Over night at Mandalay Hill resort hotel.

DAY 8 MANDALAY – PATHEIN GYI (8 APR 09)

• Have breakfast.
• After breakfast visit Mandalay palace, Shwenandaw monestry (the old one of the palace)
• Ah thumashi monestry , Kutho daw pagoda.
• Have Lunch.
• After lunch go to Pathein drive about  1 hour . Evening visit Mandalay hill pagpda.
• Have Dinner.
• Over night at Mandalay hill resort hotel

DAY 9 MANDALAY – YANGON (9 APR 09)

• Have breakfast.
• After breakfast go to airport.
• 08.20-10.35 Mandalay – Yangon  by W9 009
• Arrive Yangon airport visit Chautthta gyi Reclining Buddha image.
• Have Lunch.
• After lunch go to Scott Market for shopping, and evening  visit Shwe Dagon pagoda.
• Have Dinner.
• Over night at Chatrium hotel

DAY 10 YANGON-BANGKOK (10 APR 09)

• Have breakfast.
• After Breakfast visit Bo ta taung pagoda, and then go to National museum.
• Have Lunch.
• After lunch transfer to airport for the flight to BKK.
• 14.10-16.05 Arrival Suwannabhumi Airport by PG702.
